Cancellation Policy

 
  1. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, our clinic requires a minimum of 48hrs notice. If less than 48hrs notice is given and we can’t fill your booking time slot, you will incur a fee equal to the value of your missed appointment.

  3. If you have an outstanding fee on your account, we will be unable to book further appointments for you with our practitioners, until the outstanding fee is resolved. late fees may apply for overdue accounts.

  5. Please also note we are unable to use any session from your mental health care plan in lieu of payment as this is against Medicare’s policies. Additionally, third-party organizations are not responsible for payment of your incurred fee equal to the value of your session cancellation fee.
